Limits you should know
Connect with Microsoft reads the mailbox of the person who signs in. To move other people’s mailboxes as an administrator, your organisation registers an app of its own. A shared mailbox needs one too, and no real shared mailbox has been copied that way yet.
What you will do
- A buttonSign in with Microsoft and allow Ownpace to read what you tick: mail, calendars, contacts, OneDrive and To Do.
- An app of your ownAre you an administrator moving other people’s mailboxes? Then, instead of the button, your organisation registers an app of its own in Microsoft Entra, once.
A typical cost
One person moving their email, calendar, contacts and files: Free, nothing a month and no invoice.
All prices include VAT.
