When Ownpace counts your accounts, it keeps counts, sizes and per-folder totals — never an inventory of your items — and keeps them with your migration, never longer than your account.
Derived from your answers, the least they need — and it keeps deriving: finish migrations and the tier falls by itself.

Finishing migrations lowers your bill by itself. The amount of data you have moved never goes down, so it sets a floor under your tier. When it outgrows your tier, a one-off top-up can buy more room so you stay where you are.
One thing this page cannot know: what your destination already holds. Ownpace counts exactly that when you review your migration, and that is free.
Where these numbers come from
Assumptions v2, 2026-10-04 — judgement, not yet measured. They will be replaced by medians from real counts, and this line will say so. Until then: argue with them above, every field is yours.
